This Broyhill Saga Tallboy Dresser, which is part of our Saga Bedroom Set, is in excellent, like new condition! It was made in the 1960s, but is in truly exceptional shape! (The set also includes a lowboy dresser with a stunning mirror, and a full-size bookcase headboard).
The Saga set has a star shape imprint that is part of the design not only on the wood of the dressers and headboard, but also in the glass of the mirror! The dressers and nightstand have beautiful pulls!
Broyhill is solidly constructed and it has that touch of glamour that makes it special. Open the drawers and even the edges of the drawers' interior are smooth!
We have done some light clean and finish correction to this set. (See last picture for price comparison of what this dresser usually goes for online.)

Comic Excellence
Format: Paperback
An ALA Best Book for Young Adults, this graphic novel is one of a growing number of high quality comics appropriate for both young adult as well as adult audiences. I particularly like the way the book blends the western and science fiction themes. Daisy Kutter is a fascinating character with more depth than many graphic novels. I look forward to other books in this series.

The Hipster Spies With His Mystic Eye Something That Begins With--The Old West through a fractured lens
Format: Paperback
Set in a strange, Futurist version of the Wild West, female ex-bandit Daisy Kutter is tricked into one last train robbery. But all is not as it seems.
It has wry humor, an appealing lead character, a real feel for the West, & fun art.
I'll bet my eyeteeth the cartoonist has a shelf full of Lamour Westerns at home.
This belongs in an odd little sub-genre called the Weird West, claimed equally by Westerns, Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror, all set in the latter half of America's 19th Century, & west of the Mississippi.
I wanna see more of Miss Daisy Kutter.

Good story, strong female lead.

Always good to see a powerful story whose protagonist is strong but still human, with dimension and depth... and a woman. Not enough of that in our society, but at least it's here.
